MORE INFO
Pork mince with Chilli Basil. A fragrant and flavour-packed dish made with aromatic garlic, spicy chillies and basil, stir-fried with savoury pork mince in a rich umami sauce. Simply cook the jasmine rice and heat the pork mince mixture (Top Tip: Fried egg on top).
It's one of those dishes that hits the spot between being insanely tasty and surprisingly good for you. The dish is super simple, so you’re not dealing with a ton of heavy sauces or processed stuff. A well-balanced, satisfying meal that feels indulgent but is actually pretty wholesome.

Serving/Storage Instructions
Cook the rice
Rinse the rice in cold water.
Pop it in a pot with twice as much water as rice.
Bring to a boil, stir then cover with a lid. Simmer on low for 10–12 minutes until fluffy (Don’t lift the lid or stir, let the steam do its magic.)
Turn off the heat and let it rest for a couple minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Heat the pork
Remove from the bag and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat on high for 3–4 minutes, or until hot all the way through, stirring halfway.
Serve it up
Spoon the rice into a bowl, top with the hot pork, and enjoy.
Great with a squeeze of lime or a fried egg on top if you’re feeling fancy.
Keep it Chill
Store in the fridge and use within 3 days.
