Serving/Storage instructions

Heat things up

Remove the chicken from the bag and pop it in a microwave-safe dish.

Heat on high for 2–3 minutes, or until hot all the way through (75 Degrees C)

Give it a quick stir halfway

 

Prep your fresh bits

Slice up the tomato, lettuce, and onion — as chunky or as fine as you like.

 

Warm the pita

Toss it in a dry pan for 30 seconds a side or give it a quick zap in the microwave. Soft, warm, perfect (Use a pan to create a char)

Stack it up

Lay down your pita, spread some tzatziki, then stack your chicken and the fresh produce.

Wrap it up

Roll it tight.

Enjoy!

Eat it fresh and warm. Bonus points if you’ve got chips or a cold drink to go with it.
