Serving/Storage Instructions
1. Heat the rice
Remove the microwavable rice cup from its packaging and heat according to the instructions (usually 90 seconds to 2 minutes in the microwave).
2. Heat the korma
Transfer the curry to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot all the way through.
3. Combine and serve
Serve the hot korma over the rice, or mix them together if you prefer.
4. Optional finishing touches
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice or a sprinkle of fresh coriander for extra brightness.
5. Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
