Ingredients
Chicken breast, olive oil, Frank’s Hot Sauce (cayenne peppers, vinegar, salt, garlic powder), honey, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, onion powder, salt, black pepper
1. Heat the buffalo chicken Transfer the chicken to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 3–4 minutes, stirring or turning halfway through, until hot all the way through.
2. Glaze and serve Spoon the buffalo glaze over the chicken to taste — more glaze for more heat, less for mild. Serve over rice.
3. Optional finishing touches Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice or a drizzle of extra buffalo sauce if you like things spicy.
4. Storage Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
