Mi Casa Su Casa! My friend Deccy, has the best recipe for Tender beef birria tacos, it had to be shared. Simply heat the birria, crisp your tortillas in the rich birria broth, and top with cheese. UPDATE: Served with lettuce and coriander!

Serving/Storage Instructions

Heat the beef

Remove from the bag and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat on high for 3–4 minutes, or until hot all the way through.

Shred the beef with a fork once heated.

Warm the sauce

Pour the birria sauce into a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute or until hot.

Keep it aside for dipping.

Prep the fillings

Slice the tomato and red cabbage into thin strips.

Make your tacos

Dip each tortilla lightly in the warm birria sauce.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium, lay the dipped tortilla in, and sprinkle with cheese, then beef, tomato, and cabbage on one side.

Fold it over and toast each side until golden and crisp and the cheese melts.

Serve & dip

Serve hot with a bowl of birria sauce on the side for dipping.


Keep it Chill
